Farm to Fork: A CSA Meet & Greet Event

Join us at Blooming Junction for a special Farm to Fork Meet & Greet with Farmer Daniel Reaux! This is the perfect opportunity to learn all about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)—how it works, the benefits of joining, and what delicious, farm-fresh produce will be included in our 2025 CSA program.

We’re excited to partner with Chef Carlos from Maya’s Kitchen, who has created a seasonal menu that showcases the incredible flavors of our locally grown produce. Attendees will get to sample farm-fresh dishes and also purchase meals to go (while supplies last!).

🌿 Farm to Fork Menu:
🥗 Field Salad – $8
Mâche, kale, romaine, parmesan roasted potato, and sherry leek vinaigrette.

🍲Steak and Onion Soup – $6
Grass-fed beef, braised onions, beef stock, herbs, and gruyère croutons.

🥕 Veggie Chowder – $6
Creamy potato broth with roasted carrots, winter squash, and wilted raab.

🍗 Chicken Marsala – $15
Braised chicken thighs in a rich mushroom cream sauce over potato-celeriac purée, served with roasted carrots.
