Chojuro Asian Pear features russeted, golden-brown skin and crisp, apple-like texture when fully ripe. Its juicy, flavorful white flesh makes it a popular choice among Asian pears. This variety is pollinized by Hosui, Shinko, or other pears and can be stored for up to 20 weeks. Harvest when the fruit turns a yellow-brown color.
