Where artistry meets gastronomy! Learn the art of building an exquisite charcuterie board that is not only a feast for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes!
Elevate your entertaining by learning the fundamental principles of charcuterie board curation. Parri Van Dyke from Wedge and Cured will guide you through the process of creating your own 10" square charcuterie board (this size board is suitable for 2-4ppl to graze from).
You'll learn to create artistic garnishes like salami roses as well as how to create a balanced assortment of flavors and textures, pairing meats and cheeses with complementary condiments, fruits, nuts, and spreads. Finish off the edible aesthetics by incorporating fresh herbs and edible flowers.
Whether it's an intimate dinner party or a grand celebration, your charcuterie board will be the centerpiece of delightful conversation and memorable moments.
