Produce tidbits:
– Bok choi, bok choy, pak choi or pok choi… All the same thing with different spellings! This Chinese cabbage has crisp-tender ribs that you can sear, sauté, and steam without losing the crunchy texture.
– Komatsuna leaves are tender and rich in flavor, and its mustard-like flavor is why it’s often called Japanese mustard spinach. Similar to other greens, komatsuna can be consumed at any stage and is often used in salads but its more mature version can also withstand higher temperatures like in stir-fries.
