A great way to start your day! Enjoy the peace and serenity of our greenhouse for this early morning stretch prior to opening for business.
Our 6 week Yoga series begins October 6th and will be every Sunday through November 10th. Series dates as follows:
- October 6th
- October 13th
- October 20th
- October 27th
- November 3rd
- November 10th
We recommend arriving a few minutes before start time in order to find space and settle in.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided but yogis are encouraged to bring their own equipment to class.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to event in order to qualify for a refund.
