CLASS Making Sourdough Bread

Welcome to another great class on fermentation taught by local slow food expert Charlene Murdock. This class will uncover the time-honored secrets of creating authentic and delicious sourdough bread.
Participants will each get to take home their own sourdough starter along with a deeper appreciation for the rich history and traditions of bread-making.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to event in order to qualify for a refund.
